Join Sketchbook Club!? This is a regular workshop that takes place on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday, every month – Now that we’ve made our sketchbooks!

Take a couple of hours in the comfort of The Wandering Gallery with guidance and inspiration from Nikki, to explore your creativity and develop your Art Journal / Sketchbook, in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

We recommend you bring your favorite sketchbook and art supplies although we will have some available too. We’ll provide varied inspiration, tuition and encouragement as you need it, with different themes, subjects, and locations as the year progresses.

If you don’t have a sketchbook yet, maybe you’d like to join our sketchbook making workshop?

This workshop starts at 7pm (doors open at 6:45pm) on Wednesday the 7th Aug, and is approximately 2 hours long. Tea and coffee will be provided as refreshment.

Each Sketchbook club can currently accommodate a maximum of 6 people, though this will vary depending on location. If there is a group or you and you would like to make a party booking, that can be arranged so please do get in touch. Please note that evening workshops are restricted to folks over the age of 13.

We are based on the Mackley Estate, in Small Dole, West Sussex. Full details on getting to our studio will be supplied by email on completion of booking your ticket.  :)

Two part workshop to create your own art journal / sketchbook, hosted by Nikki in the comfort of The Wandering Gallery. Nikki has been making her own books for years, and in this workshop she’ll guide you through the process to create your own unique design. £55 per person for two sessions.

All the art supplies, paper, card and tools will be provided, along with varied inspiration, tuition and encouragement as you need it.

This workshop is spread over two consecutive evenings. The doors open at 6:45pm and the workshops start at 7pm. And are approximately 2.5 hours long. Tea and coffee will be provided as refreshment. We don’t currently have a date scheduled for these workshops, but do let us know if you’d like to book one and we can arrange a mutually convenient date.
