A note from me, since you’re here.
The book was always meant to be the beginning of something, not the whole of it. As I’ve been writing, I’ve been quietly making other things too: recorded meditations to sit alongside the exercises, sketchbooks and journals designed for the practice, and small classes and workshops for anyone who wants to go deeper together.
None of it is quite ready yet. Each piece is being made properly, in its own time, rather than rushed to a launch date. So this page is my quiet promise that things are coming, and an invitation to let me tell you when each one lands.
