Nikki Loy

Nikki grew up in Devon, daughter of a carpenter and a dressmaker, spending her youth filling sketchbooks in a little wooden studio in the forest. Creativity wasn’t something she learned. It was the language she was born into.

She went on to earn a B.A. (Hons) in Illustration from Falmouth College of Arts, one of the UK’s most celebrated creative institutions. But the real education came after — through music tours, van life across Europe, personal development, metaphysics, and the slow, deliberate rebuilding of a life she truly wanted to be living.

Today Nikki works from ‘Gladys’ a converted library bus turned artist’s studio — hosting workshops, community arts events, and quietly practising what she preaches: that a life reimagined begins with a blank page and the courage to mark it.

She has lived many lives in this one. This book is the distillation of everything she has learned about using creative practice as a sacred tool for real transformation.
